Thank you for creating this issue.
I could not reproduce this behaviour. Time-based triggers are running even after following the steps you specified.
From the screenshots you shared, it looks like there are two functions in your project that have the same name. This might be the reason you are getting the behaviour you expect. Are you sure that's not the case? Can you share all the code you're using (if you haven't done it already) so that I can try to reproduce this.

Build: AP4A.241205.013
With the QPR Stable 1 Android 15 December Patch, a new display bug is present. The display flickers/glitches during the unlocking animation while going from lockscreen to homescreen. This only happens when the battery saver is turned ON
It does NOT happen when battery saver is OFF, neither was it happening with the Android 15 stable November patch with battery saver turned ON
Steps to reproduce:
Enable battery saver
Set different wallpapers on homescreen and lockscreen
Unlock the pixel 6 pro and watch the unlocking animation carefully
