Also, we ever checked this with our SoC vendor Qualcomm. Repost their reply as below:

With respect to linker issue and this could be issue with google as the keystore bin is maintained by google,, qcom don't own this.. Please check with google..
Basically what i understand from error, it indicate that the linker is unable to create the executable keystore it can not find a specific symbol (_ZTSN6icu_7024DateTimePatternGeneratorE). This symbol is referenced by the library libicui18n.so."

HARDWARE PLATFORM:
Device Manufacturer: Xiaomi
Device Brand and Device Model: Xiaomi pad 5 pro 5g
Android OS Version (Base OS version before installing GSI image): 13, starts with 11
Android OS Build Number (please input the full string): 15 (AP4A.241205.013)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: still since 15 android stable have not working sim card, it's worked on gsi android 14 qpr 1. And since android 14 qpr 1 don't have display fresh rate setting. Display can work in 30, 60 and 120 hz. I can see it in several third party app that provide me information about my device. I don't know, maybe it's need specific API for this display to use it. Also with camera, works only 12 MP without 50 and I cannot find any app to give me this opportunity to use it like in stock firmware. Also even when I trying to install camera app from stock firmware standalone.
OBSERVED RESULTS: the more functions will work, the better. And return working sim card. I don't know should I make a bugreportor not
