Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

Thanks for the response. Please provide acess to the drive link and also video shared by you is showing some other issue instead of camera app blinking. Please provide the screen recording that shows camera blinking.

After updating my Google Pixel 6 Pro to Android 16.1 beta, notification is down, time and networks name are looking very dark and zooming is not happening in the camera application on the phone.
