Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

Description
Work performed: Gathered above information from customer , the customer wants to know this behavior. I have also checked this same behavior in my test project and for some service accounts the keys are being shown in the asset inventory but there is no key available in the service account page.
And Informed customer about the difference between the System managed keys and User managed keys.
Questions to be answered : Customer want to know why System managed keys that are not displayed in the console and cannot be managed by end users. And if it is not available in the console why is it being displayed in the asset inventory?
