Description
Purpose:
Due to having no straightforward way to create specific reports for DataProc clusters such as total uptime per cluster, this Feature Request for a native tool has been created.
How this might work:
Currently, this information can be found by:
1) Manually creating a log based alert based on the metric "
2) Using other services such as the Eventarc service then storing these information in a DataStructure (CloudSQL, BigQuery, PubSub) and calculating the total cluster uptime within a time period. Attached at [1] and [2] are the documents regarding eventarc and an example of this usage.
The general working of this Feature would be akin to [3], where reports are generated based on different time periods and metrics natively.
