As per comment #1 , Unable to Triage the Issue from TE End. Hence, adding "TE-NeedsTriageHelp" hotlist. Someone from Dev Team could you please take a look into this issue.

Android Build: Baklava
The challenge is that it's sporadic. I'll reset my phone and it will stop for a while. But within perhaps half a day I will be opening Chrome and scrolling and it will just minimize the app, at which point I have to open my app tray and open it again. This has happened with a few games as well. I'm trying to figure out what the common denominator is when this takes place, but it really is sporadic at this point in time.

It just happened while typing in a chat box playing Lords Mobile. That is one type of event where even an app will just spontsneously minimize. I am not sure if it is related to the Chrome issue.
