I am not a tech savvy person and have done everything i know how to do to resolve the issue i am having. Please help because this problem effects my freedom

The issue is that the app keeps needing to get permission or falsely reports me trying to uninstall.

Talked to the app customer service who instructed me to restart my phone and check yo see if all accessibility has be granted which I do every time and the issue keeps happening.
