Steps to reproduce the problem

run the webdriverIo test for chrome in incognito mode ,

Incog mode is not opening up with Bidi while running in webdriverIO test , its opening the non incognito mode

, issue seems related to web driver which is out of scope from TE-end. Hence requesting the respective team to provide further inputs and adding "TE-NeedsTriageHelp".
