I looked into this issue you're seeing - You cannot delete comments that have not been made by your own account. To remove and moderate comments from other users on videos that you own please use the setModerationStatus API documented here:

I am using an OAuth token with the appropriate scope ("force ssl"). However, when trying to delete comments that were posted by other users, the API returns a 400 error with the following response:
I have verified that:
The comment ID used in the request is valid. The OAuth token includes the correct scope. Despite these checks, the issue persists. It appears that the API does not permit deletion of comments posted by other users, or there may be an issue with how the request is processed.
Could you please investigate whether this behavior is intentional or if it represents a bug in the API?
