Description
Our team is looking for a report to run that will identify the telephone numbers Customers are calling to reach IVR's and queues in the CCAIP Contact Center. Does a report like this exist, and how would we run it.
Specifically, we are looking for a report to show how often TFN or DID telephone numbers are called by Customers. Ideally the report would show the telephone # and peg counts for the telephone numbers.
