Screen Record of the Issue
Please capture screen record or video of the issue using following steps:
adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/video.mp4
Subsequently use following command to pull the recorded file:
adb pull /sdcard/video.mp4
Attach the file to this issue.

Alternate method
Navigate to “Developer options”, ensure “USB debugging” is enabled, then enable “Bug report shortcut”. Capture bug report by holding the power button and selecting the “Take bug report” option.

What type of Android issue is this? Calls / Voice / Mobile Network
What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. I'm connecting to Android auto wirelessly (Mercedes Benz, C class). When I'm on a call, the phone might be connected to 2 different Bluetooth devices (one for Android auto and the second one is a pair of headphones)
2. On the phone screen, I was previously able to switch between both Bluetooth devices, phone, or speaker. I see the menu now, but I can't click on any of the options (they are unresponsive).
3. On the car screen I can also choose between Bluetooth (but only Android auto, not the other Bluetooth device), phone and speaker, but no matter what I choose, it is stuck on the Android auto Bluetooth.
What did you expect to happen?
I want to be able to successfully pick any sound source during a phone call (from both the car screen or the phone screen).
What actually happened?
From the car screen the 2nd Bluetooth device is not even displayed and I can't select "phone" or "speaker" from either the car screen or the phone screen.
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable
Additional comments
I can't have a private phone call with someone else in the car and if I want to achieve this, I have to disconnect the phone from Android auto, which is annoying because it reconnects automatically and I have to hang up the call and try again, which requires me to stop the car somewhere.
