When running on an Android runtime that supports StackWalker, the follwing code crashes if the the app is desugared:

 StackWalker walker = StackWalker.getInstance();
 var result = walker.walk(s -> s.findFirst());

with

java.lang.ClassCastException: java.util.stream.ReferencePipeline$Head cannot be cast to j$.util.stream.Stream

Androidx.activity actually doesn't do anything with those APIs and this behavior comes from the framework. Moving it to that component.
