We are seeing crash #2 as well in our Android TV and Fire TV applications. We are using the androidx.leanback:leanback:1.0.0
version.

we also find this crash, with androidx.leanback:leanback:1.0.0 and 'androidx.leanback:leanback:1.1.0-rc01'
it happens random and we can't reproduce crash and it also happen with particular device with android 9

CONTEXT
Smart numbers are custom numbers in Australia of the format 13 xx xx, 1300 xxx xxx and 1800 xxx xxx
For marketing purposes, companies can advertise their numbers as having extra digits. For example, a customer can dial 13536686 (13 LENOVO), and they will reach 135366, with the "86" at the end dropped as "over-dial".
Please let me know if this functionality is in the scope of libphonenumber.
