Running 16 (BP22.250221.013) when watching YouTube video's in Landscape mode on my Pixel 9 Pro the brightness level drops to 5% it is almost dark the screen.
When turn to vertical it is normal again.
Watching a video in Landscape Horizontal mode is unusable. Please fix this thank you very much.

A fix for this issue.
On Reddit they also have this issue noted.
I will attach a screen recording so you can see what I experience.
