I can reproduce this in Android Studio Meerkat, but not Android Studio Meerkat Feature Drop (which is currently in the Beta channel).

Never mind - I think I've discovered that the failure to update happens only when manually entering values into the text box, but that using the sliders still works. This seems to repro up to the latest Narwhal version in Canary. I'll take a further look.

1. It cannot be updated when the transparency is changed, but it can be updated when the color value is changed
2. Why is the transparency added at the end of Hex instead of at the beginning?
