The flow of the wizard is really meant for the key to be used for signing. In fact, if you want to just create a key for code transparency you have to start a flow (signing an APK/Bundle) and then back out of it/cancel after you created the key.
To properly support this, we should also allow you to start a wizard that is just creating a key, and nothing else.

Thanks for this feature request. The "Generate Signed Bundle / APK" flow is only meant to generate keys for APK or AAB signing. We'll plan to add a warning to the flow to clarify that.

Description
When we set high contrast theme in Windows while working on Google Sheets, the theme change is applied to all places except the grid area. Only after explicitly refreshing the page, the theme gets applied to grid. This issue is seen in Chrome, Edge and Brave browsers
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open blank spreadsheet in browser. Add some data for few cells and apply background color for those cells
2. From Windows settings, apply high contrast theme.
3. Switch to browser tab where spreadsheet is opened
Notice that the theme change is reflected in all the places except grid area. If you refresh the browser tab, the changes are reflected
Is this a limitation that we have explicitly reload?
