Steps to Reproduce or Code Sample to Reproduce: Device with lower Android 10

1. Put app in full immersive mode enableEdgeToEdge() and

WindowCompat.getInsetsController(this, this.decorView).apply {
        hide(WindowInsetsCompat.Type.systemBars())
        systemBarsBehavior = WindowInsetsControllerCompat.BEHAVIOR_SHOW_TRANSIENT_BARS_BY_SWIPE
    }
WindowCompat.setDecorFitsSystemWindows(this, false)

2. show AlertDialog
3. dmiss AlertDialog

when showing the e.g. AlterDialog or ModalBottomSheet the status and navigationbar is shown but when dismissing the dialog again the status and navigationbar is still shown. On higher Android 10 Devices the status and navigationbar gets to its original visibility hidden
