I noticed the issue with apps freezing after some time (like a minute) when the screen is locked. When they freeze I don't get notifications, background audio stops playing, mainly TikTok Lives. I couldn't to reproduce with apps like Spotify or YouTube probably because TikTok Lives don't show in the Adnroid media player widget.

For notifications I noticed those apps that freeze: Bambu Handy App (when the print is done or failed), Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp, Messenger.

Also for WhatsApp I noticed that sometimes it just wont send a message when I use quick reply from the notification.

The issue is not consistent. I sometimes get the notifications and sometimes not.
Also when unlocking the phone and going back to the frozen app it openes just like a regular app saved in memory. It's not like it opens like it was forced stopped.

    * What are the steps to reproduce the problem?
        Lock the screen, after some time apps freeze and are not either playing audio or recieving notifications.
