1. Switch to legacy navigation bar
2. Open an app
3. Observe navigation bar behavior
What did you expect to happen?
Soft keys on navigation bar should fade after a second to reduce the risk of screen burn-in
What actually happened?
Soft keys on navigation bar do not fade

Every time
