1. Open camera app.
2. Start video recording.

The video should continue recording until I stop or it reached the maximum limit

Stops recording in 3 seconds.

When there were moments I had to use the camera quickly to capture a video, it would fail on me and wouldn't work.
Discovered Workaround: restart Device. Issue gets resolved intermittently
