Ability to access all screen content by interacting with just the lower half of my device for easy reach

Yeah I couldn't access/interact with anything stuck in the lower half of an unscrollable view

Sure that's no big deal you say, just don't enter One-Handed mode, but for the use case when using One-Handed mode more continuously (like trying to navigate the entirety of the Settings app) you will have to intermittently jump out of One-Handed mode to see/access some content. (e.g. try disabling the One-Handed mode setting while using One-Handed mode the whole way through settings...you can't because it's out of view)
