Unfortunately you can't specify a height or width for video files at the moment, and the 'dv' parameter returns a downsampled version of the video. There is currently no option to retrieve the video in its original resolution.

Description
I think it would be unfair to remove this functionality because many apps depend on it, so I offer a suggestion in between: add API to customize the status bar.
Apps would be able to customize how the status bar looks. It would still be there, and the user will need to confirm that it's ok for the app to customize the status bar, so there won't be anything that can harm security, privacy and so on.
