I haven't hit this exact issue, but have been running into other auth related issues.

Description
Opened script in editor and run to redo authorization. Script does not run as a webapp still shows authorization required. Only fix is to publish a new version of the webapp to clear the error.
Others might experience this if there has been a Google system update.
