We are experiencing this issue as well... MaxZoom Service still returns level 20 as the max zoom but in reality we can only zoom to 19

Hello!

I am Charles from MODsolar.

MODsolar has been using Google Maps for a long time and is an integral part of our service. The problem now is that the aerial images appear more distant than before and there is no option to zoom in to be more up-close to the house or building. Attached are the Before and Now screenshots of the aerial images.

This glitch has affected hundreds of our customers and is a huge inconvenience. This needs to be fixed immediately.

this appears to be fixed now for a few locations it was previously broken, anybody else still experiencing the issue?
