The body text in the documentation hover popup window has also reduced in size, but not the surrounding text in the UI elements (e.g. the "Documentation for ..." header.

I use Windows 7 with DPI set to "Medium - 125%". Android Studio always used to work fine with this. But since upgrading from version 3.0.0 to 3.0.1, some UI elements are now too small.
See attached screenshot. The toolbar at the top and the status bar at the bottom have shrunk by what appears to be a factor of 125%. However, the text is still the same size as before: notice the complete lack of margin around the "p" of "app at the top, and the "g" of "ago" at the bottom".
Compare this to the tab bar and the yellow notification bar, which have not changed.
