When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Have some notifications in lock screen
2. Click on the notification, it will ask fingerprint, press fingerprint it will not read
3. Try to open it normally from lock screen and then fingerprint works smooth

What did you expect to happen?
When clicking on notification, it takes to verify fingerprint and it should read

What actually happened?
But fingerprint doesn't gets verified and instead ask for pin
