When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. I deleted my finger prints. Added two new finger prints.
2. Turned off then back on use finger print sliders for unlock and app usage
3. Fingerprints don't work anymore in apps. Finger print sensor icon doesn't show to unlock
4. Rebooting was no help

What did you expect to happen?
Finger prints to work

What actually happened?
Finger prints don't worm

 It being able to use fingerprints
for unlock or app login is terrible
