What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Properly setup the fingerprint unlock and enable it
2. The fingerprint unlock is not available at all to unlock the phone and goes directly into PIN input screen

What did you expect to happen?
The fingerprint symbol to be displayed when the phone is locked and then work

What actually happened?
Fingerprint was not even requested and it went directly into PIN input screen
