What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Fingerprint unlock for the phone does not work anymore. Only Face unlock and PIN.
2. Fingerprint unlock for sensitive apps still works

What did you expect to happen?
I should be able to unlock my Pixel 7 using my fingerprint as well.

What actually happened?
Prompts for PIN if face is covered on low light. My job in healthcare requires I wear a mask so this is very inconvenient

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
High

Additional comments
2 sets of fingerprints are still stored and it works fine for all the installed applications that require biometrics, like banking app
