What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Lock phone
2. Try to unlock but lock screen never prompts for fingerprint. I have to enter my PIN or pattern instead.
3. Same thing after reboot. Unlocking once and locking again, etc.
What did you expect to happen?
Expected the ability to scan my fingerprint and unlock the device like normal.
What actually happened?
Never get the chance to scan fingerprint even though it is enabled in settings with 2 prints registered.
How often has this happened?
Every time
