What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Since the Android 14 update, the phone is not responsive
2. Bluetooth settings don't work
3. Pairing doesn't happen after repeated attempts
4. Wallpaper and Themes don't function
5. Dialer app doesn't function
6. Settings functions don't work properly
7. Phone screen doesn't switch off as per the 15 second interval. Display is always on.

What did you expect to happen?
Android 14 to improve the phone

What actually happened?
It's has made the phone unusable

Every time

Extreme - device was unusable
