What type of Android issue is this? Reboot or Crash

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Press and hold on an empty area of the screen
2. Tap "Wallpaper & Style"
3. The app will crash, returning you to the home screen
4. Repeat the process, & a popup will appear saying "Wallpaper & Style keeps stopping"

What did you expect to happen?
I expected the app to open naturally like om android 13.

What actually happened?
The app crashed.

How often has this happened?
Every time

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
None - device worked normally

Additional comments
I've seen other pixel users on Google platforms like YouTube complain about this issue, too.
