If you wouldn't mind, can you remove this as a duplicate... The other one is reported as fixed, however it's clearly not fixed and I don't think this is something that should just be ignored cuz that's what I feel like will happen if everybody sees the fixed label. So if you can't remove this is a duplicate. Can you at least re instate the other?

1. Hold finger down on home screen
2. Tap on wallpaper and style
3. Watch it fail
What did you expect to happen?
To allow me to customize my phone
What actually happened?
Living week after week with the same background in the same colors... 😐

None - device worked normally

Ever since this went into beta from developer preview... I have been unable to access my wallpaper to update it, change it, or do anything along those lines. I have since found other ways to try and at least change the wallpaper, however would really like to be able to access it. One of the main reasons I love Android so much is because of the customization this this is feeling like an apple
