Not sure what other information you need. When I use the drop down notifications to access the Google home tab and then select a device a transparent dialogue box opens but it doesn't interface with the device. I can use the 3 dots in the top right corner and select open app and then I can access the device such as my nest thermostat but prior to Android 14 beta this was not necessary. I've already attached a video showing what happens.

What type of Android issue is this? User Interface, Display, or Rendering issue
When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Pull down notifications and select Home from shortcuts
2. Select a device. The screen changes but it is blank overlay without the device, only an x in top left and Fullscreen in top right.
3. Using three dots menu and selecting open app does work.
4. Attempts to change devices only allows rearrangement, can't add devices, only remove.
What did you expect to happen?
Normal home device control.

Blank overlay
