What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Try to buy something via the play store.  Touched fingerprint and it failed (so did my password entered normally).  Tried other apps with fingerprint and they failed too.

What did you expect to happen?
The fingerprint to work and my password to work.

What actually happened?
I was not able to authenticate with 2 types of security.
