Adds androidx.compose.material.AmbientContentColor to replace androidx.compose.foundation.AmbientContentColor
Content color is a design system specific concept, and so the foundation
AmbientContentColor will be deprecated and replaced with the new material one.

What type of Android issue is this? Other issue
What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. After a while the notification slides becomes unresponsive. Any new notification will not appear anymore. While tapping any of the shortcut does nothing
What did you expect to happen?
Tapping the shortcut is behave properly
What actually happened?
Nothing happen when I toggle the Bluetooth or any of the shortcut
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
None - device worked normally

Unable to record the screen as the start and stop notification does not appear as well
