What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Turn on some form of media such as Spotify or youtube music
2. Turn the screen off
3. Turn the screen on

What did you expect to happen?
The media player doesn't do a weird 'jump' over the screen and just stays in the same place

What actually happened?
When turning on the screen the media player moves up very abruptly in a way that doesn't seem intentional

How often has this happened?
Every time

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
None - device worked normally
