Adds androidx.compose.material.AmbientContentColor to replace androidx.compose.foundation.AmbientContentColor
Content color is a design system specific concept, and so the foundation
AmbientContentColor will be deprecated and replaced with the new material one.

When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Normal usage of phone
2. After a while try to open flash light, change wifi, ... Via the notification bar
What did you expect to happen?
Being able to interact with buttons normally. Flashlight, bluetooth, wifi settings,... to turn on
What actually happened?
Notifications/task bar is accessible but buttons aren't doing anything when pressed

Additional comments
Only fix is to reboot the phone. It works for a while but it becomes the same within the day and have to do it again. So far, I have to reboot the phone twice a day.
