What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. When i want to turn on the flashlight or enable "do not disturb" mode i cannot do it because icons does not respond to me
2. Reboot helps for approximately 24 hours

What did you expect to happen?
Quick settings menu should work as expected

Sometimes it does not work as it should
