What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Using phone as normal and then after about 24 hours of uptime, notifications no longer appear in the tray. The phone vibrates or makes a tone and the icon has a dot to show there's a notification, but nothing actually appears. Rebooting the phone fixes the issue, but only for another 24 hours or so. Also, the tiles stop working as well, so you can't open Google wallet through the title shortcut or turn on the torch for example.
What did you expect to happen?
Notifications to appear in the tray as expected and for the tiles to work when you press them.
What actually happened?
Notifications don't appear at all for any app and the tiles simply don't work if you press them until a phone reboot.
