Adds androidx.compose.material.AmbientContentColor to replace androidx.compose.foundation.AmbientContentColor
Content color is a design system specific concept, and so the foundation
AmbientContentColor will be deprecated and replaced with the new material one.

What type of Android issue is this? User Interface, Display, or Rendering issue
What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Pull down tile menu
2. Changing settings i.e. display brightness
What did you expect to happen?
Change of modifies setting, recall of tiled function
What actually happened?
Nothing
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable
Additional comments
Need to reboot device everytime. I can't even record the screen here to show since there is no control of the screen recording in the drop-down menu. It's happening since 8 days
