What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Open the notification panel by swiping down from the top
2. Try to press the icons if it will respond

What did you expect to happen?
Buttons were normally functioning properly

What actually happened?
Randomly I cant press any button from the notification panel

Occasionally

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
High

Additional comments
I can't even do a screen record to capture the footage of the issue.
The only way to make it functional again is by rebooting the device.
Wifi toggle, Mobile data, and other buttons are not functioning, settings gear icon works though
