What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Slide down the notification menu
2. Click any option, for example flashlight
3. Nothing happens
4. Before reboot flashlight works only in settings menu

What did you expect to happen?
Flashlight works

What actually happened?
After charging my phone for a long time i can't use this menu with wifi, bt, flashlight, gps. Every option does not respond to clicks, I have to go into settings, Restarting the phone helps
