2. The notification sound is heard, the app does receive the message

What did you expect to happen?
The notification badges or icons are shown in the status bar

What actually happened?
Status bar does not show any notifications, and they are not shown in the locked screen

Occasionally

Additional comments
A restart fixes the issue. Important to fix, as notifications are not shown on status bar or locked screen
