What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. open phone
2. after some time that I have not measured the buttons in the quick access box will stop working
What did you expect to happen?
the buttons to work properly
What actually happened?
none of the buttons would register my touch and also the notifications bar wouldn't update so I couldn't see notifications or interact with any media playback thing

I would attach a screen recording but the buttons to do that don't work because I can't click on the stop screen recording button because the notification bar doesn't update
