What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. The wifi was not active anymore
2. Swiped down twice the quick menu
3. The internet button showed I was connected to wifi but touching it was not opening anything
4. Rebooted to fix the problem

What did you expect to happen?
Wifi on or button reactive

What actually happened?
Wifi off and could not access the sub menu through quick menu
