Starting about 30 minutes ago we have been experiencing a bug in the response of YouTube Data API.

We fetch two videos and ask for their ID and STATISTICS parts. Both videos exist and are public.
However, we only get back the statistics part for one of them:

As you can see, the "statistics" part is completely missing for the first video, although the video exists and has more than 3M views: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tr9ESD9YGGo

The two videos above are just an example. This is currently happening with several different videos.

In short, asking for their "statistics" part used to return their statistics data (as explained in the documentation) but now does not.
