Correct JCEF is not bundled by default with Android Studio see
There's some workarounds mentioned there you could try e.g. downloading a similar version from JetBrains but with JCEF support and running Android Studio with that JRE.
If that doesn't work I suggest reaching out to the plugin developers of Bito.

What steps would let us observe this issue?

2. Try to use any controls such Bluetooth, location, hotsopt
What did you expect to happen?
Bluetooth or whatever control to turn on with the color change to show it's on

Nothing, Unresponsive

Also always with unresponsive tabs notifications also will not be shown, but notification sound can be heard. I cannot send you a screen record cause the notification to stop the screen record is not available.
